This was my 4th year attending the BlogHer Conference. Every year I’ve looked forward to Mama Pop’s Sparklecorn Party. It is my favorite part of BlogHer. But really, the best part is the cake. This year’s cake was made by Charm City Cakes. They always have an awesome unicorn themed cake. Here are the cakes from previous BlogHer Conferences 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Yep, a cake. It was about four feet tall too.
Loved seeing the pictures come in from Sparklecorn on Instagram during and after. But, the rainbow unicorn takes the cake (no pun intended…well, okay, maybe a little :>).

I have heard alot about BlogHer. It sounds like a really great event. Maybe one day I might make it over the pond and join in.

Ever since I saw the first picture of the cake I thought that it was awesome…. but the fact that Charm City Cakes & possibly Duff made it makes it all the more awesome!

Since you have been to twice as many BlogHers as I have… I gotta know. Doesn’t anyone actually EAT the cake? And if so when do they do this?
Yes, they eat the cake at the end. Amalah started eating the cake at the end of the party. They always cut a big piece out of the butt of the unicorn. I swear I don’t make this stuff up.
