My husband and I are in the process of buying our first condo and need to buy a washer and dryer. I poked at the Bosch ones at Pacific Sales… are you loving yours? Are they everything you wanted them to be??

I, too, had the musty smelling towel issue. Even after getting a new washer & dryer, it didn’t go away. A friend told me it was because I was using liquid Tide. She said that if I switched to powder, I wouldn’t have that problem. I tried it, and after just one wash, my towels smelled wonderful!!! I couldn’t believe it was that simple, but it was!

If my washer and dryer were that nice I would totally do laundry all the time…err…my husband would for sure.

I covet that washer and dryer. My washer and dryer in the house are the first set ever made. Like from 1930. I so need a new one.

Also, I bought brain new leather couches when we moved into the house a year ago. The dog has town them to shreds. They look like crap. I’m so bitter.

I’ve been telling my husband we need a new set. It takes over an hour for our current dryer to dry a load of anything. Yes we live in old (OLD) military housing now where we’re not metered, but in the real world (where we may be come next summer), electric is now deregulated in our state, and it wasn’t cheap 2 years ago before we lived on post. We can’t be paying for the dryer to run an hour at a time (I can’t hang laundry due to allergies). I figure he’ll see the light when we get that first electric bill. Four people make a lot of laundry, plus his uniforms.

We re-did our flooring with a tax return a few years ago. That was the only way that we could afford it.

I don’t like big purchases either. I guess that’s why our flooring all needs to be replaced and I can’t quite take the leap.

Great choice on the washer and dryer. You will love them.

I had to bite the bullet and buy a new microwave last month and that is nothing compared to buying a new washer and dryer! Ouch!
