I first heard about Lindsey and her business, The Pleated Poppy at Blissdom. She was the talk of the conference. I saw many many many people wearing her creations. I knew that I *needed* to make a purchase from her site.
I’m a HUGE lover of cardigans, and her petal pushers were/are the perfect accessory to my solid colored cardigans. They make my Target cardigans look like the ones at that store, you know the one, with the A in the name, that ends with “ologie”.
I purchased a turquoise petal pusher and wore it at Bloggy Boot Camp last month. I wore it to dinner the first night, and Lisa Leonard immediately noticed that it was a Lindsey design. I went through all of the pictures from Bloggy Boot Camp and I found a great picture from that night taken by Kim on her personal blog.
I don’t look very dainty in my bazillion dollar Anthro dress with my big ole’ camera, but look at my Petal Pusher. Isn’t it fabulous! I think so! I believe if I do say so myself, that I need one in every color, to accessorize myself properly.
