Oh those security guards there are awfull, a few summers ago we were at this same fountain enjoying a coffee, holding my sons hand while he walked around the top when a security guard went running after someone jumped on the part of the fountain your kids are sprawled out on and knocked our then 3 year old out of hubbys hand and into the water. When my hubby called to complain the next day we were told to stay out of the gards way and it will not be a problem.
